Directions:
Magnesium application is topical. Lightly shake the Magnesium Spray bottle and spray 2-10 pumps to non-sensitive patches of skin. The first time, apply lightly to the bottom of your feet as magnesium can tingle or itch when it is first applied. This is normal and will lessen within minutes and with each use. Your bottle has at least 150 full sprays.

Directions:
Before bed, apply 1 to 2 teaspoons to calves, bottoms of feet, or areas of tightness (e.g., hips, lower back).
